Sprinkle onion, garlic, pepper (8t) 12t, flakes, salt (3t) 5t, Add Worcestershire Mix well, but as little as possible, let rest in fridge for abt 1h. make 3 small patties and cook. Plain burger: ---------------- For (2) 3 persons, (120) 200g 85/15 chopped beef salt, pepper, Tabasco, EVOO. salt, pepper, Little EVOO, (2) 3 dashes tabasco. Mix well, but as little as possible, let rest in fridge for abt 1h. make 3 small patties and cook. Italian Burger: -------------------- For (2) 3 persons, (120) 200g 85/15 chopped beef salt, pepper, EVOO (roasted garlic infused). Dried thyme, rosemary, sage or basil, parsley dash EVOO 1 x vol thyme 2 x vol rosemary 2 x vol sage or basil 4 x vol parsley Top with 1 slice of prosciuto Mexican Burger: ----------------- for (2) 3 persons, (120) 200g 85/15 chopped beef salt, pepper, EVOO (chili infused?). (2) 3 cm jalapeno finely chopped (deseeded), Cilantro if available (1 small soup spoon) 1 soup spoon EVOO Flatten meat in a bowl. add jalapeno, cilantro, dash evoo Mix well, but as little as possible, let rest in fridge for abt 1h. make 3 small patties and cook. Serve with Avocado slice if available.
