Raita: 1 cucumber 1 (good) pinch of salt 100 g feta crumbled 100 g yogurt (nature) ground pepper Toasts: 100 g ticino bread cut in 3mm thich slices 25 g butter (not too cold) 1 clove garlic crushed Preparation: Raita: cut the cucimber in thin slices with a 'mandoline', salt and cover for abt 30mn. Remove the water from the cucumber, squeezing the cucumber slices. Keep some cucumber aside for decoration. Mash the feta into the yogurt, add the cucumber, season, decorate the raita with the remaining cucumber slices. Toasts: Place the bread slices on cooking paper on a plate. Mix the butter and the garlic, spread on the bread. Cook in the middle of the oven preheated to 210 deg. Serve along with the raita.
