Quiche au Roquefort =================== Ingredients: 4 persons - 1 pie crust or puff pastry (pate feuilletée) - 120 g roquefort - 150 cream cheese - 30 ml cream (real) - 40 g butter - 3 eggs - pepper, no salt needed because of the roquefort - nutmeg - cayenne pepper - chives 3 to 4 soup spoons finely chopped preheat oven to 200C = 400F butter the mold and place dough in it, make a few fork marks. In a mixing bowl, place the roquefort, cream cheese, butter and cream, and mash with a fork until homogenous. Add the eggs, and other ingredients and whip until smooth. Pour into mold and cook for 30 to 35 mn. Serve immediately.
