Never tried Filets de plie grise sur lit de légumes Filets of grey plie on a vegetable bed ================================ Ingredients (4 persons) 1 juice from a lemon 2 soup spoons olive oil freshly ground pepper 600 g of filet of grey plie 200 g of white mashrooms cut in 2 1 small fenel (abt 150g) cut in 2 then cut in lengthwise slices of about 5mm 2 courgettes (small cucumber) (abt 400g) cut in 2 then lengthwise in small strips of abt 1cm wide. 1/2 small coliflower (abt 250g) in small bits (rosettes) 2 carrots (abt 150g) cut in 2 then lengthwise in stips of 3mm wide 3 soup spoon olive oil 1 coffee spoon salt pepper 1/2 coffee spoon salt Preparation Mix the lemon juice, the oil and the salt, and spread over the filets. Let marinate in the fridge, covered for about 30mn. Place the mushrooms and the other ingredients, up to and included the carrots in a large bowl and mix with the oil. Season, place on a oven plaque on cooking paper. Cook in the preaheated oven at 200 deg for 15mn at mid height. Wipe the filets with absorbing paper, salt and place on top of the vegetables. cook in the oven for an addtional 5mn.
